Ordering your Voicemail is Quick and Easy

1. Simply write your message or greeting and email it to me. If you need help writing a brief script I can do that for you, inclusive of price. So please just ask and I'll do the rest! Below is an example of how your message may sound. You can (copy and paste) the script below adding your details.

Example: Thank you for calling (Your Company Name). We’re sorry but we can’t take your call at the moment, please leave your name, number and a short message after the tone and we will call you back as soon as possible. Alternatively you can email us at (Your email address) – Thank you ( A message like this with your name or company name is ONLY £19.95 )

Feel free to change the wording to suit your needs, you may want to included opening times or maybe your website address...

2. You can pay via Paypal - secure and online payment. Don't have Paypal? No problem - you can pay using your debit or credit card using the Paypal secure payment system. Please advise when arranging your voicemail message and I'll help you with the payment. You can also now pay with Western Union please ask for details.

3. Once payment is received your voice mail message will be emailed to you. In most cases this will be the same day. Your message will be recorded so that it can be played on all computers and telephone systems (Please see FAQ's below) If you prefer you rmessage can be sent on CD in the post for a small additional charge. Question: How can I get this recorded to my mobile voicemail? Well, I can dial into your mobile voicemail and record your message 'directly' into your mobile phone's answer greeting service. Here's how.Llet me know your servive provider. e.g Orange,Vodafone,O2, or 3 etc... Advise me of your PIN security number and your mobile number. I can then access your answerphone service and record the message directly for you. Quick and simple and within minutes you will have a new professionally recorded and delivered voicemail message.

Accessing Voicemail from another phone: Below is a guide, you may wish to try before hand.

Vodafone Call ( +44 ) 07836 121 121 and enter your voicemail PIN number when prompted

.Orange Call (+44 ) 07973 100 123 enter your   PIN and follow instructions.

O2 Call your mobile number from a landline (ensure your mobile is off) when call connects press the *star key and enter PIN   

Question: How else can I transfer to my mobile voice mail? Answer: The simplest way to transfer your new mail message is to play the audio through your PC's speakers into your mobile phone when prompted to record your message by your mobile phone service provider. Tip Hold your phone about ( 6 inches / 15 centimeters) from your desk top speakers and don't have the sound lever too high.

Question: How do I know what kind of audio file I need for use on my PC or my answerphone machine? Answer: All audio is sent in your requested format. i,e MP3 or WAV files. If you are unsure what file format is compatible with your voicemail or answerphone, I am happy to send audio in both file formats at no extra cost.

Question: How much does it cost and how do I pay? Answer: A typical answerphone greeting or On Hold message costs £15 per recorded message. For voice on hold and voice prompts please contact me for dicounted rates and prices.Payment can be made using Paypal. Payment to be made on confirmation of order.

Question: How can I pay if I don't have a Paypal Account? No problem! Just drop me a line and I will advise alternative methods for payment using a Debit or Credit card. Or even Bank Transfer Payment.

Question: Can I have background music on my voicemail? Answer: Yes I can arrange a suitable background track for you. There will be a small additional cost to cover licencing for the music used.

Occasionally it may be important for you to keep a permanent record of a voicemail message left on your mobile or answerphone machine.

We can make a digital copy of your message and send to you as an mp3 file for safe storage.

All we need to do this is access to your mobile phone's voicemail account or your landline answer machine.

All you need is 'remote' access to do this, and most phone operators provide this service. If it isn't already activated it can usually be set up in a few minutes.

 

Follow these three simple steps and we can have a copy of your voicemail back to you within 1 to 2 working days.

1. Provide Us with your telephone or mobile number and PIN code to access your Voicemail

2. We need to know which message is to be recorded and saved

What is the sound quality like? It's exactly as you hear on your phone. We digitally record your message direct from your answermachine or voicemail.

Can you do this on all phone? Pretty much yes. As long as you have remote access on your phone or landline we can record that important message for you.

Can you record my message if I have lost it from my machine? Sadly, no. We can only help if you currently have the message stored and available on y9our voicemail or answermachine.

How much does this cost? We can record and transfer your message to you as a digital file (mp3,wav,aiff) for only £19.95
